The health benefits of daily physical activity are many, including:  lower risk of heart attack, type 2 diabetes and some cancers; lower blood pressure and cholesterol; stronger bones, muscles and joints; and better sleep.

It has been proven that recording or logging physical activity helps motivate people to be more physical active.  It is also well-known that those participating with a partner or a group of people are more likely to establish and sustain physical activity habits. 

The WellPower Movement with its simple activity-tracker, group activity challenges, mental health components and social media interaction, provides all the tools to help you live a more active life.

The WellPower Movement is a collaboration between The Wellbeing Partners and the Nebraska Sports Council, Nebraska-based 501(c)(3) organizations with a combined 60+ years of experience in providing wellness programming, developed, in partnership with Mutual of Omaha, and fueled by companies across Nebraska.
