Hello WellPower Movement Participants!
The WellPower Movement is based on wellbeing science that shows significant short-term and long-term benefits from moving our bodies each day. In fact, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends that each adult move for 60 minutes each day with our heart rates elevated to a moderate or vigorous intensity. The WellPower Movement is available free of charge thanks to funding and in-kind support from several sponsoring companies.
The WellPower 100 Challenge starts January 16 and runs through February 27!
So invite your family or co-workers and enjoy the wonders of Winter while we all move more and enjoy each and every day.
