How To

Welcome to The WellPower Movement and congratulations on your commitment to daily physical activity and better state of wellbeing. Follow these steps to Power Up your wellbeing goals!

NOTE: The Fall Activity WellPower Challenge begins October 11, but registration remains open year-round.

Step 1: Register for an account at:  www.WellPowerMovement.com

  • Create a username
  • Enter your first and last name, email address, age, gender, and home address

Step 2: Check "Communication Preferences" to receive emails to ensure up‐to‐date WellPower Movement information.

Step 3: Agree to Terms of Service and sign the Terms of Service agreement.

Step 4: Once Steps 1‐3 are completed, participants will receive a confirmation message with login instructions.

Step 5: Start logging your activity!

GROUPS

The WellPower Movement is a great tool for companies, organizations and families to get more physically active together by competing against—and with—one another.  Leaders can form groups, invite participants and keep track of group progress using the various functions on the group dashboard.

Step 1: Find friends, coworkers, family members, etc. to create a group.

Step 2:  Create your group

  • Click on Groups
  • Select Create a Group

Step 3:  Pick your group name and setup your group preferences.

Step 4:  Invite members to your group from your dashboard or share the group URL you setup.

Step 5:  Keep your group accountable weekly by checking the leaderboard and weekly reports on your group dashboard.  Download reports as desired for select dates or date‐ranges.
