Steps for STEM 5K is a family-oriented, community event, benefiting the GOC’s STEM Scholarship and Grant Fund.
The Greater Omaha Chapter of AFCEA organizes the Steps for STEM 5K Run/Walk event. Funds from this event are used to support the chapter’s continuing STEM Scholarships and STEM Grants program supporting students and teachers in the Omaha Metropolitan area. Past years have helped dozens of students advance in STEM fields as well as provided materials to foster STEM learning in area classrooms. This year we look forward to helping dozens more students and teachers
