Team Community Action
Community Action Partnership of Mid-Nebraska is a private, non-profit serving 27 counties in south central Nebraska and two counties in Kansas. Our purpose is to help strengthen individuals, families and communities through education, economic, health, housing, nutrition, and transportation initiatives. Core programs include Affordable Housing/Weatherization, Case Management, Financial literacy, Head Start, the Mid-Nebraska Food Bank, Immunizations, WIC, and RYDE Transit.
